Terms & Conditions

• All bookings are for a specific child and places are limited.

• Once booked, a place is reserved exclusively for your child for the duration of the programme.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place.

• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, including for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward, transferred to another child, or attended at an alternative class or venue.

• If Learn with Aleks Education Group Ltd cancels a session, an alternative date or a pro-rata credit towards a future programme will be offered.

• If a session cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including school or venue closure, a pro-rata credit towards a future programme will be offered where appropriate. No cash refunds will be provided.

• Parents/carers are responsible for the timely drop-off and collection of their child.

• Any medical conditions, allergies, additional needs, or relevant information must be disclosed at the time of booking.

• By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
